As a lifelong hunter and landowner, Fred understands rural property from more than a real estate perspective. He knows how to evaluate the features that matter to land buyers, from wildlife habitat and hunting potential to tillable acreage, agricultural productivity, access, and long-term investment opportunities. He also works with investors looking to diversify their portfolios through farmland and agricultural real estate.
Before beginning his real estate career, Fred spent 20 years with Montgomery Ward, advancing through positions including Service Advisor, Assistant Auto Manager, Auto Manager, District Auto Manager, and Corporate Training Manager. That extensive background in customer service, management, and training continues to shape the knowledgeable, straightforward approach he brings to every real estate transaction.
Today, Fred lives with his wife, Debbie, on their 385-acre farm in Northwest Missouri. An avid outdoorsman, he continues to enjoy hunting and spending time outdoors with his family.
Whether you are looking to buy or sell hunting land, a row crop farm, recreational acreage, agricultural investment property, a country home, or other real estate in Harrison County and Northwest Missouri, Fred brings decades of local knowledge and proven real estate experience to help you make an informed decision.
Fred likes J. W. Woolworth’s saying, “I am the world’s worst salesman, therefore I must make it easy for people to buy.”
